Your photos and saved drafts
The video maker stores selected photos and settings locally in your browser. Selecting a photo does not upload it to our server. Five-person and Solo drafts are stored separately within the same browser record.
When you continue to an available checkout, we upload a resized copy of your selected cast to private storage and attach it to that order. After payment is confirmed, Alibaba Cloud processes these photos and the performance reference to generate your video. Completed videos are saved in private storage for playback and download from your order.
A saved checkout retains its original cast so that the order can be restored. Removing a photo from the current draft does not change a cast already saved with a pending order. Browser data remains until replaced, removed or cleared through your browser settings.
Order and payment information
When checkout is available and you choose to continue, our server records the order reference, selected mode, quality, sound setting, amount, currency, payment provider and payment status. A session cookie helps associate that order with the browser that created it.
Card and PayPal account details are entered with the payment provider. We do not collect full payment-card details through the video maker. Stripe and PayPal handle information under their own privacy policies.
Site requests and media
Hosting and media services receive normal request information needed to serve pages and video, such as an IP address and browser headers. Example videos may load from an external media host.
The current site does not include advertising trackers. Browser storage and the order session are used to preserve work and operate checkout.
Managing your information
Use a photo’s remove button to remove it from the current cast. To remove all locally saved information, clear site data for tinydeskoutstanding.com in your browser. Doing so also removes access to drafts and may prevent this browser from restoring an order.
For questions about information associated with an order, contact us with the order reference. We may need to verify that the request relates to your order.
Clearing browser data does not delete photos or videos already submitted with an order. Contact support with your order reference to request removal of stored media. Download a copy of any completed video you want to keep.
